Battle of Brzostowica

The Battle of Brzostowica took place on 20–25 September 1920, during the Polish-Soviet War. Polish 3rd Legions Infantry Division, commanded by General Leon Berbecki, clashed with units of the Soviet 15th Army. The Battle of Brzostowica took place in initial stages of the much larger Battle of the Niemen River.
