High Energy Laser Tactical Vehicle Demonstrator (HEL-TVD) was a 100 kW-class laser (2019), a stepping-stone to the 300 kW-class IFPC-HEL prototypes of 2023. HEL-TVD itself was an improvement over the 50 kW-class lasers used to bring down drones in 2018.
