Summary

Description 070421-N-4021H-675 ATLANTIC OCEAN – Dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) is underway with Task Group 40 in support of Partnership of the Americas (PAO) 2007. Task Group 40 is composed of Pearl Harbor, guided missile frigate USS Samuel B Roberts (FFG 58), guided missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57) and Chilean frigate Almirante Latorre (FFG 14). Partnership of the Americas supports the U.S. Navy’s concept of a 1,000 ship Navy, which brings together maritime services to work toward common objectives of security and interoperability.
