Summary

Description	View from the U.S. Navy light cruiser USS Biloxi (CL-80) at ships from Task Force 58 off Saipan, circa in June 1944. An Independence-class light aircraft carrier is steaming in the center of the photo. As Biloxi was assigned to Task Group 58.2, the carrier is probably either USS Monterey (CVL-26) or USS Cabot (CVL-28). The battleship USS North Carolina (BB-55) is visible in the right distance.
