Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer leader USS Norfolk (DL-1) underway on 19 September 1957. Note the experimental SPS-26 three dimensional radar, mounted aft of the rear stack. SPS-39, introduced in 1960, was later the production version of SPS-26.
