Summary

Description	The U.S. Navy amphibious cargo ship USS El Paso (LKA-117), foreground, lies at anchor in Iskenderun Bay, Turkey, near the amphibious assault ship USS Guadalcanal (LPH-7). The ships were operating in support of Operation Provide Comfort, a multinational effort to aid Kurdish refugees in southern Turkey and northern Iraq.
