English: Electrician's Mate 3rd Class Degnin Some uses a fire hose to wash salt from the skin of the ship aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84). Bulkeley is deployed as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
