English: Master Chief Petty Officer Bill James, Officer in Charge of the Coast Guard Cutter Sea Horse makes radio contact with HMCS Glace Bay, a Canadian Naval vessel engaged in a mine sweeping exercise June 9. The crews of the Sea Horse and Glace Bay participated in Exercise Frontier Sentinel off the coast of Virginia to test the plans and interoperability of the two countries. More than 2500 personnel from Canadian and U.S. military forces participated in the exercise June 4-11.
