English: SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 30, 2020) The French navy Loire-class tender and support vessel FS Seine (A 604) and Rubis-class nuclear attack submarine FS Emeraude (S 604) arrive at Polaris Point, Guam. Seine andÉmeraude are in the western Pacific Ocean on a routine deployment demonstrating the strength of our bilateral relationship and mutual commitment to stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region.
