These images were mostly created as Color slides in the second half of the 20th century.

Setup:

A holding devise for slides and negatives is set over flat lightbox. This setup ensures that the setup stays stable when manually replacing slides.

The camera (Sony α 6600), equiped with a macro-lens (Sony FE 50mm F2.8 Macro )is mounted inversely on a tripod to utilize the full potential of the macro-lens.

Since the α 6600 has an APS-C-sensor the display-ratio is 1:1.4 and not 1:1.

To ensure a shock-free exposure a remote control via smart-phone-app was used.
