Français : Deux anciennes épées japonaises guntō sur un porte-épées (katana kake), shin guntō sur le dessus, un kyū guntō en dessous et a'tanto en bas. Ce sont de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Acier machine usiné industriellement. Noter la poignée, embossée et peinte pour prendre la forme d'une tsuka traditionelle, et le fourreau de type occidental (par opposition à la saya traditionelle)
English: Two antique Japanese guntō swords on a sword rack (katana kake), shin guntō on top, a kyū guntō below and a 'tanto' on the bottom. These are from World War II. Machine steel, industrial fabrication, with embossed and painted handle to look like a traditional tsuka. The shaft is of Western style (by opposition to a saya) |
