Please note that the false blurring effect is not my fault, is NOT plaguing the full-size image itself, and is the product of a different - in my opinion: to be fixed - mediawiki resizing algorithm as compared to the one used for *.jpg-s.

This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: like he did with his another drawing, providing a two-tone version as well, but not overwriting the old one.
