DescriptionRoyal Decree No.41.jpg	日本語: 1900年発布の大韓帝国勅令第41号：鬱陵島を鬱島郡（Ulleung County）に昇格させて、そこに鬱陵島（Ulleung Island）本島と付属島（attached islands）の「竹島（Jukdo Island）石島（Soku-do）」を帰属させるという内容。経緯度や地図は付されていない（There is no longitude,latitude and no map.）。この石島（Soku-do）を韓国政府（Korean Government）は「独島（Liancourt Rocks）」だと主張（insist）しているが、根拠に乏しい（unfounded）。可能性（possibility）としては、鬱陵島に近接する有人島（island where people live）の「観音島（Gwaneumdo）」が考えられる。
