English: Monroe's Crossroads Battlefield, on the Fort Bragg Military Reservation in North Carolina. Visible at center is the granite obelisk historical marker erected by the U.S. Army and at left center the historical marker sign. Also visible at left are some of the gravestones and markers indicating the boundaries of the cemetery there. This site is in a controlled military training area and is not regularly open to the public. Those wishing to visit this site must coordinate for access through the Fort Bragg Office of Cultural Resources. |
