Description
English: Model of the planned U.S. Navy destroyer tender USS New England (AD-32) at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Pennsylvania (USA), on 7 September 1960. New England was laid down on 1 October 1944 by the Tampa Shipbuilding Company, Inc., at Tampa, Florida (USA), but the ship's construction was cancelled on 12 August 1945 when she was 12% complete.
