Summary

Description The U.S. Navy ocean minesweeper USS Inflict (MSO-456) lies at anchor while a Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 14 (HM-14) Sikorsky RH-53D Sea Stallion helicopter practices minesweeping techniques over the Persian Gulf, in 1987. The photo was taken from the amphibious assault ship USS Okinawa (LPH-3).
