Belgrade December 9, 1941

German High Command issued the following proclamation of the Serbian people:

SERBS,

The leader of an outlaws and a rebels Draža Mihailović, who on his conscience carries blood of thousands of Serbs and wich a their own country has caused immense misery and distress, after the destruction of his gang, is

ON THE RUN, PROBABLY IN DIRECTION OF BOSNIA.

because of refusing to surrender weapons, mobilization illegal army,

because of his criminal association with the Communists and

because of the raising of armed uprising against German occupation forces, he has squander his life.

One who catches him will receive a reward in the amount of 200,000-dinars.
