English: Sgt. John La, a combat engineer with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 13, gives a presentation to Burkinabé Gendarmerie on the history of riot and crowd control in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Nov. 13, 2013. The Marines with the task force provided a non-lethal weapons tactics and training engagement to members of the national police force of Burkina Faso.
