Esta ilustración fue realizada por Primitivo Miranda (dibujo) y Santiago Hernández (litografía) para el Libro Rojo de Vicente Riva Palacio y Manuel Payno, publicado en 1870.
English: Lithograph depicting the execution of the Tacubaya Martyrs, as are known the prisoners of war and civilians shot by firing squad on April 11, 1859, when this city was captured, under orders of generals Miguel Miramón and Leonardo Márquez, of the conservative faction during the Reform War, a civil war fought in Mexico in the middle of the 19th century. This illustration was made by Primitivo Miranda (drawing) and Santiago Hernández (lithograph) for the Libro Rojo (Red Book) of Vicente Riva Palacio and Manuel Payno, published in 1870. |
