Uno de los rincones más tristes del Museo del Aire de Cuatro Vientos es el que podéis ver en esta foto. Está detrás de la sección de helicópteros que se halla hacia la derecha, nada más entrar, junto al Hangar nº1. Aquí se acumulan aparatos desmontados y piezas sueltas de distintos aviones.

En la imagen se pueden ver los siguientes elementos:

- Fuselaje de un Agusta Bell AB.204AS, no sé si el HA.8A-2 o el HA.8A-4, que sirvieron en el Arma Aérea de la Armada Española. La Armada los cedió a las Fuerzas Aeromóviles del Ejército de Tierra (FAMET), de ahí la pintura verde de este aparato. Está sin rotores ni puertas.

- Una avioneta Dornier Do.27 B-5, la U.9-76 (407-72), procedente del 407 Escuadrón del Ejército del Aire con base en Tablada (Sevilla). Delante de ella hay parte de un ala de un aparato del mismo modelo. Además, a la derecha de esa Do-27 hay otro aparato del mismo tipo, sin alas, timón de profundidad, motor ni puertas, con el fuselaje en un color gris claro. No he podido encontrar su número de matrícula.

- El fuselaje metalizado, sin cola ni cúpula de la carlinga, de un entrenador Lockheed T-33A Shooting Star, junto a la Do-27. Posiblemente la cola con la escarapela española que está situada entre el AB.204AS y el Do-27 sea de este T-33. El Museo del Aire tiene guardados tres ejemplares de este modelo, todos procedentes del Ejército del Aire: los E.15-17, E.15-21 y E.15-38. Un cuarto, el E-15.51, está expuesto en el Hangar nº5 del Museo.

- Un contenedor cilíndrico usado para transportar el motor J-47 de los cazas F-86 Sabre.

- Parte del fuselaje -sin motor ni hélice- y la cola roja de una avioneta Beechcraft F-33C Bonanza, la E.24A-30 (42-28), que sirvió en el 42 Grupo de Fuérzas Aéreas del Ejército del Aire, con base en Getafe (Madrid).

- Al fondo, el fuselaje y el timón de cola -con la Cruz de San Andrés- de un helicóptero Agusta Bell AB.206. El Museo tiene almacenados dos: el HR.12A-4 y el HR.12A-5. Ambos aparatos proceden de las FAMET.

- La cola azul -con los timones rojos- de un viejo helicóptero Westland-Bell OH-13H Sioux, el HE.7A-41 (78-10). Sirvió en el Ala 78 del Ejército del Aire, con base en Armilla (Granada) hasta 1990.

- Dos alas completas de Lockheed T-33A Shooting Star, si no me equivoco.

THE JUNKYARD OF THE MUSEUM OF THE AIR

One of the saddest corners of the Museum of the Air of Cuatro Vientos is that you can see in this picture. Behind the helicopter section is to the right, upon entering, next to Hangar No. 1. Here accumulate dismantled equipment and spare parts for various aircraft.

In the picture you can see the following:

- Fuselage of an Agusta Bell AB-204AS . I do not know if the HA.8A-2 or HA.8A-4, who served in the Air Arm of the Spanish Navy. The Navy bowed them to the forces of the Aeromobile Forces of the Spanish Army (FAMET), hence the green paint the device. It had no rotors or doors.

- An aircraft Dornier Do.27 B-5 , the U.9-76 (407-72), from the 407th Squadron of the Spanish Air Force based in Tablada (Sevilla). Ahead of her is part of a wing of an aircraft of the same model. In addition, to the right of the Do-27 is another unit of the same type, without wings, elevator, motor or doors, with the fuselage in a light gray color. I could not find their registration number.

- Metallic fuselage, tail and cockpit dome of a training aircraft Lockheed T-33A Shooting Star next to the C-27. Possibly the tail with Spanish insignia which is located between the AB.204AS and the Do-27 was of this T-33. The Museum of the Aire has kept three copies of this model, all from the Air Force: the E.15-17, E.15 and E.15-21-38. A fourth, the E-1551, was exhibited in Hangar No. 5 of the Museum.

- A cylindrical container used to transport the engine J-47 of the fighting aircraft F-86 Sabre.

- Part of the fuselage, no engine or propeller, and a red tail of a Beechcraft Bonanza F-33C , the E.24A-30 (42-28), who served in the 42th Group of Air Forces of the Spanish Air Force, based in Getafe (Madrid).

- In the background, the fuselage and the tail rudder, with the Cross of St. Andrew, of a helicopter Agusta Bell AB.206 . The museum has stored two: HR.12A-4 and HR.12A-5. Both devices come from the FAMET.

- Blue tail with red rudders of an old helicopter Westland-Bell OH-13H Sioux , the HE.7A-41 (78-10). Served at 78th Wing of the Spanish Air Force, based in Armilla (Granada) to 1990.
