Description

"Looking for Charlie: 2d Lieutenant L. P. O’Tool (New York, New York), an artillery forward observer attached to 9th Marines, uses a pair of binoculars to check for enemy movement south of the Demilitarized Zone. The 3d Marine Division Leathernecks are participating in Operation Dawson River (official USMC photo by Lance Corporal Don Barr)."
