Description
English: Arabian Sea (March 15, 2006) - Sailors on board the Japanese oiler JS Tokiwa (AOE 423) prepare to shoot the first shotline across the bow to the guided missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG-73) during an underway replenishment (UNREP). This replenishment made Decatur the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force's (JMSDF) 600th customer. JMSDF routinely provides fuel to U.S. Navy and coalition ships forward deployed to the region in support of the global war on terrorism.
