Summary

Description
English: A CH-53E Super Stallion of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462, based out of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., performs a combat landing to insert Marines from 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, during a long-range raid training exercise in the desert southeast of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., June 3. This raid was part of the Marine Corps’ new pre-deployment exercise – the Integrated Training Exercise.
