One-story corner building with a clock tower and cantilevered stone balcony. On its gable wall, a relief of a coat of arms in artificial stone or stucco? with the years 1904, 1998. Memorial plaques on the facade: In memory of the camp of King Louis II, a plaque stating that: He arrived here from Pentele with his army on August 8, 1526. Here he was informed of the fall of Székesfehérvár and the capture of Újlak. From here, he urged John Zápolya, vajda (ruler??) of Transylvania, to join and sought the help of German troops against the Turks to save the homeland. He held a military council here, after which he marched to the plain of Mohács with the army led by Pál Tomori and György Zápolya. There they confronted the Turks and lost the battle on August 19, 1526. This marked the beginning of Turkish rule in Hungary, which lasted for 160 years. // In honor of the 400th anniversary of the Battle of Mohács, this plaque was erected by the community of Dunaföldvár on August 29, 1926. / Based on the text of the original plaque fragment, erected by the Municipality of Dunaföldvár in 1999. - AND another plaque: Those who, after the Turkish withdrawal of 1686 — from the former famous market town residents who survived, / created life and rebuilt Dunaföldvár. / (23 family names) / Installed in memory of their peasant ancestors by the Council of Dunaföldvár / and the witnessing youth in 1957 - AND another black plaque: In June 1919 during the Hungarian Soviet Republic / in memory of the executed victims from Dunaföldvár / (names and ages) / 2019 - AND another plaque: Sándor Petőfi / In memory of the ardent poet of people's freedom / 1849-1949 - AND another plaque: Here died a heroic death / Sándor Dubicz / and / Árpád Györkő / on November 4, 1956 / Memorial Committee - 2 Kossuth Lajos Street, Rákóczi Street, Dunaföldvár, Tolna County, Hungary.
