English: Engineers employed at the Hughes Aircraft Company observing an apparatus of some description (probably involving lasers as implied by chalkboard writing on the back). Engineer on the right is apparently Joe Lee (d. August 16, 2021), a test supervisor at Buildings 14 and 15; name tag suggests this photograph was taken at building 14.
