Engraved by Louis Pierre Baltard. There is no copy of Denon's 'Voyage...' in the Department. The B.L. copy is at 458.h.12. The minutes of the Trustees' meeting on 12th December, 1835, record that "two or three" of the drawings were missing when the group was offered to the Museum. |
