| Description |
Deutsch: Südansicht der Burg Klammstein in der Salzburger Gemeinde Dorfgastein. Die Burg wurde im 13. Jahrhundert auf einem etwa 30 m hohen Felsen südseitig der Gasteiner Klamm bzw. am Taleingang des Gasteinertales errichtet. Ab dem 16. Jahrhundert verfiel die Burg und das Mauerwerk wurde teilweise als Steinbruch für andere Bauten verwendet. 1972 kaufte ein Adolf Ferner die Ruine den Österreichischen Bundesforsten ab und sanierte die Burg bzw. baute sie teilweise wieder auf. |
