English: Deborah Mullen lays pieces of good luck into a steel box to be placed in the ship's mast during its mast-stepping ceremony at Northrop Grumman Shipyard in Pascagoula, Miss., Nov. 1, 2009. The pieces will remain sealed in the ship's super structure until Dewey is decommissioned.
