English: The Bab al-Faradis (Gate of the Orchards), named after the district to the north of the wall. A Roman gate stood a little to the south of this site, the present structure is Ayyubikd (1132-1142). It used to be a double gate, only the outer gate remained. Of a later reconstructed inner gate only an archway survives.
