English: Kalinga mounted-archer with his powerful stallion, painted on page 106 of the original calligraphic Indian Constitution by Santiniketan artist Rammanohar (Jabalpur-born Beohar Rammanohar Sinha). Rammanohar was mentored by the revivalist modernist Indian maestro Nandalal Bose. Rammanohar was his favorite disciple who also played an important role in India’s cultural diplomacy with the Far East, painted breathtaking frescoes in Martyrs-memorial Concert-hall and founded Lalit KalaNiketan (G.I.F.A.) in Jabalpur.
