Nederlands: De bemanning van Hr.Ms. Amsterdam ontving gistermiddag haar Herinneringsmedaille voor Vredes Operaties, voor haar inzet in UNIFIL, op een bijzondere locatie. Waar scheepsbemanningen normaliter hun medaille krijgen in hun thuishaven Den Helder, kreeg de bemanning van de Amsterdam haar herinneringsmedaille in Willemstad, Curaçao. De medailles werden uitgereikt door de Commandant der Zeemacht in het Caraïbische Gebied, commandeur Peter Lenselink, en de vertegenwoordiger van Nederland in de Nederlandse Antillen, dhr. Rob Vermaas.
