Description
English: Turning gear for the Chain Home Low antenna at RAF Worth Matravers in November 1940. This consists of a bicycle chain crank mounted on a tripod type device with a smaller gear connected to a bicycle chain that turns the antenna. This system was later replaced by an actual bicycle frame that was peddled.
