Deutsch: Vorderseite: FRIDERICUS MAGNUS BORUSSORUM REX // ROSSBACH D 5 NOV / 1757 [Friedrich der Große, preußischer König, Roßbach den 5. November 1757]. König Friedrich II. mit Dreispitz und erhobenem Schwert, galoppierend zu Pferde nach rechts. Im Hintergrund Schlachtszene. Im Abschnitt Schrift.

Rückseite: NEC SOLI NEC SOLIS NEC PLURIBUS // VIRTUS BORUSSI/CA [Nicht einmal der Sonne nicht einzelnen und nicht mehreren (Feinden weicht er) Preußische Tapferkeit]. Der preußische Adler schleudert Blitze gegen den österreichischen Doppeladler, den gallischen Hahn und weitere kleine Vögel.

Kommentar: Neben dem Wappentier Österreichs, ist mit dem gallischen Hahn das Wappentier Frankreichs dargestellt und die kleinen Vögel sollen die Reichstruppen unter dem Prinzen von Sachsen-Hildburghausen andeuten. In der Schlacht bei Roßbach besiegte Friedrich II. die Franzosen und die Reichstruppen (Reichexekutionsarmee). Der Sieg stellte eine Wende im Siebenjährigen Krieg dar und erlaubte Preußen, sich einen Monat später den Österreichen erfolgreich bei Leuthen zu stellen.
