English: William 'Billy' Bishop in a Nieuport aircraft of the Royal Flying Corps. Bishop demonstrates the "upward firing" technique used by himself and others when attacking enemy aircraft from below. The early version of the "Foster mounting" - as used on Nieuport Fighters in British service, is clearly seen.

Bishop démontre la technique de « tir vers le haut » utilisée par lui-même et par d'autres lors d'attaques d'avions ennemis par le bas.
