English: In the South China Sea, U.S. Navy crewmen aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger (CVA-61) position a Mk 84 907 kg (2,000 lb) bomb under the fuselage of a Douglas A-1H Skyraider of Attack Squadron 95 (VA-95) "Green Lizards", in March 1965. VA-95 was assigned to Attack Carrier Air Wing 14 (CVW-14) aboard the Ranger for a deployment to Vietnam from 5 August 1964 to 6 May 1965. |
