English: BURGOS, Ilocos Norte – On October 22, 2024, 4th Marine "Makusug" Brigade successfully conducted Littoral Live Fire Exercise (LLFE) during KAMANDAG 08-24 in the Coastal Waters of Burgos, Ilocos Norte. Involved in the livefire are the 105mm Howitzers and V300 Fire Support Vehicles (FSV) mounted with 90mm Cannon and were guided by Forward Observers for Precision Effects.
The Exercise showcased the Philippine Marine Corps’ operational readiness on Coastal Defense and Littoral Maneuvers with a given Scenario of a notional Foreign Aggressor within our Territorial Waters poised to land its Forces via our Shores. |
